The future of criminal justice and public safety in Oregon
WHAT: Portland State University President Wim Wiewel and The Oregonian invite you to participate in an interactive town hall discussion of the sentencing, corrections and public safety proposals being debated by the Oregon Legislature.
Panel includes Governor’s Commission on Public Safety members Chief Justice Paul DeMuniz, Rep. Chris Garrett, Rep. Andy Olson, Clackamas County District Attorney John Foote and Department of Corrections Director Collette Peters. Moderator: Oregonian Editor Peter Bhatia.

WHERE: Third floor ballroom of Smith Memorial Student Union, SW Broadway and Montgomery in downtown Portland. Parking is free after 7 p.m. in Parking Structure One, third floor or above. The garage entrance is off SW Broadway between SW Harrison and SW Hall.
