FPA in the News

The School of Fine & Performing Arts at Portland State University oversees four departments: Architecture, Art, Music and Theater Arts. FPA is home to more than 125 teaching faculty, staff and instructors and more than 1,300 young artists, architects, musicians and actors.

FPA is committed to study and practice of the arts in both academic and real-world settings. In fact, more than 20,000 people attended our students' concerts, exhibitions and lectures last year.
