This estimator is provided to help you determine the minimum base tuition and fees for admitted students that will be assessed each term. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the course of study that you chose to pursue and the specific courses for which you enroll.

Online Courses: Online courses are being assessed a fee of $40.00 per credit.
Differential Programs: While this tool estimates base tuition only, various programs assess differential tuition beyond the base tuition. A student admitted to a specific program, will be assessed based on the college program of choice. Health Insurance: PSU requires that all students taking 5 or more regular (in-load, non self-support) credits have comprehensive health insurance coverage. All eligible students will automatically be enrolled in the Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan available through PSU. The fee is $594 for each Fall, Winter, and Spring terms (Spring term covers insurance coverage throughout the summer). This cost is NOT factored into the tuition and fee estimator. If you already have a comparable health insurance plan in place, you may waive out of the student plan, and will not be charged $594 per term. Important: If you are a current PSU student, access Banweb approximately 2 - 3 weeks prior to the
beginning of the term for a precise tuition and fee assessment based upon your specific academic program, student level, course level and actual course and credit enrollment. This tool provides an estimate only.
