Student Collections Office
About us
The Student Collections Office provides services related to collections of student PSU accounts which include detailed review of accounts, assistance with financial options and when necessary, assigning accounts to outside collections agencies. Staff also provide services to Perkins Loan borrowers which include entrance and exit counseling, loan deferment and cancellation information, repayment schedules, monthly billing statements, and account collections and assignment to outside collections agencies.

Our mission is to assist students with all aspects of student collections & Perkins loans in a friendly, courteous, helpful, and confidential manner.
