All Student records are handled within FERPA guidelines. Only the student is able to ask questions regarding his or her specific information with staff via phone or email or in person by presenting an official ID. Generally, any dollar amounts related to FAFSA application data or award types and amounts will not be shared on the phone for any student.
If a student wishes to have their specific information shared with a parent, a spouse/partner, or an outside agency, they must make this request in writing to PSU Office of Student Financial Aid PRIOR to any information being released.
