New Federal Stafford and Graduate PLUS loan borrowers are required to complete federal loan counseling before receiving a federal loan payment and prior to graduating or separating from the school. Below you will find information and access to online entrance and exit counseling sessions for the Federal Stafford and Federal Graduate PLUS loan programs. These loan counseling requirements will appear in the Outstanding Requirements section of your PSU student account if you have accepted a Federal Stafford or PLUS loan. Once you complete either the entrance or exit counseling session, the school is notified and your PSU student account will be updated.
