Portland State will award the university’s most prestigious merit-based scholarships to incoming freshmen beginning in December 2009 for the 2010-2011 academic year. These awards will continue through March 2010. Apply early. No awards will be made to students who apply after February 1, 2010.

The four academic scholarships included in this early award process are:
Presidential Scholarship
Oregon Laurels Scholarship - Freshmen
Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship (WUE)
Out of State Opportunity Scholarship (OOS) - Freshmen
