What happens if I miss a swimming lesson?
All swimming lessons must be pre-paid. If you have a scheduled private swimming lesson, you are expected to show up. If an unforeseen event occurs which results in you not being able to attend, please call the pool office at 503-725-5129 or your instructor directly to cancel. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a credit to be given. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, you will forfeit the cost of the scheduled lesson.
If you miss a swim clinic lesson, there is no need to call ahead, although you may do so if you choose. There are no make-up lessons for any type of group lessons and no refunds given for partial attendance.
