What are the criteria to be considered a transfer student?

Transfer students must have completed 30 transferable quarter credit hours from a regionally accredited institution.  Minimum GPA requirements are - 2.0 college GPA for Oregon residents - 2.25 college GPA for out of state residents - 2.50 college GPA for international students. 

Students with fewer than 30 transferable quarter credit hours must also meet the freshman admission requirements.  In this case, admissions requirements include: -a minimum high school GPA of 3.00 and / or - 1000 combined SAT or 21 ACT scores - satisfactory completion (C- or above) of 14 subject requirements: 4 years of English 3 years of math, with at least Algebra 2, 3 years of social science courses, 2 years of science and 2 years of the same foreign language (1997 graduates and up).
