My friend goes to another University, can they go on an Outdoor Program trip?
Trips costs are subsidized by PSU Student Fees and thus student rates are only for current PSU students. Other, non-PSU individuals can go on a trip if they are associated with somebody from PSU and the cost is normally twice the student rate.
