If I can't make a pre-trip meeting, can I still go on an Outdoor Program trip?
We ask that you make every effort to attend the scheduled pre-trip meeting. In the event you cannot make the meeting, yourself and a trip leader will need to arrange another meeting time. Meetings must be in person and usually last about one hour.
