How do I apply as a transfer student to Portland State University?
Complete the Application for Undergraduate Admission and return it with the $50 application fee to the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records. Order copies of official transcripts form all colleges or universities attended to be sent directly to Portland State University. We will also accept transcripts as official if:
- an original is faxed from the registrar's office of the issuing institution directly to the Portland State Office of Admissions, Registration and Records (503-725-5525); or
- an original is delivered to the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records in the original sealed envelope.
