Group X class: Are the instructors certified?
Yes. All of our Group X instructors are required to hold a certification from a nationally recognized organization such as AFAA or ACE. Instructors teaching specialty classes such as yoga, cycle, or Zumba are required to have the corresponding specialty certifications.
