In addition to the Portland State admission application form, what other documents are required in a complete admission application package?
All applicants are required to submit the following:
- Academic records, transcripts, marksheets, diplomas, and/or degree certificates from colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions.
International applicants must also include the following:
- Proof of English Language Proficiency
- Proof of Financial Resources
- Release of your Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (S.E.V.I.S.) record
