International applicants are not required to submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam if:

• they have completed a bachelor's degree in the United States or
• they have complated a bachelor's degree of at least 4 years duration at a college or university outside of the United States where English is the only language of instruction.
