The Judicial Board rules on all questions of interpretation of the
ASPSU Constitution. The Judicial Board also rules on appeals submitted
by students. The Judicial Board annually reviews the operations of the
ASPSU and makes recommendations for Constitutional amendments to the
Constitution which would improve the effectiveness of the governance
process.
The Judicial Board consists
of a five Justices and one representative from the Student Senate. The
President appoints the Justices and the Senate confirms them. One of
the Justices is elected within the Judicial Board to chair. The Senate
representative serves in an advisory capacity as a non-voting member.
