PSU students, faculty and full-time staff are eligible to participate.  Some clubs are limited to students due to their National Governing Body's rules and regulations or due to space limitations.  Non-students may be required to pay higher membership dues since they do not pay student fees.  Non-PSU affiliated individuals are not eligible to join recreational clubs at PSU.
