  • Assists in the acquisition of real estate
  • Manages building spaces occupied by commercial office and retail tenants including the administration of leases, rent collection and building services coordination
  • Oversees contract with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, a property management firm, to manage four buildings on campus and retail space in four additional buildings
  • Leases university space to non-PSU tenants and space in privately-owned buildings for PSU use
