Facilities and Planning Contracts
Facilities and Planning at Portland State University contracts millions of dollars annually for new construction projects, improvements to existing buildings, and standard maintenance in support of the University mission.
The Contracts team ensures that all contracts with Portland State University Facilities and Planning are in full compliance with state regulations and other requirements, including helping bidders receive equitable treatment, a fair chance to bid competitively, and that all contracts are awarded based on merit of the proposal.
FAP Contracts serves three main functions: coordinating all contracts between Portland State and outside contractors and consultants, coordinating service provider contracts with the Business Affairs Office, and facilitating interagency agreements.
