The Facilities & Planning Archive consists of building and infrastructure related documents including historical drawings, construction projects, public art installations, mechanical equipment operations and maintenance, accounting, contracting and more. 

When records are needed from the archive a formal request is submitted to the archivist, Bryce Henry:

Please include the following information where applicable:


  • building name
  • date range of document
  • Description of document, for example, key words 'FEMA Seismic'
  • Evaluations
  • Any other pertinent details that may aid in finding the document.


Requests from external agencies may be assessed a per copy fee. Typical costs are listed below. Contact the archivist for more information. 

Fees effective through June 30, 2012:

Photocopying, 8-1/2/x11, per sheet - .25

Photocopying, 11x17, per sheet - .50
