I teach alignment-based (and definitely ego-free) Hatha yoga. My goal is to make yoga meaningful and effective for students of all ability levels, ages and body types. Since my first Hatha yoga class, my interest in yoga practice has expanded and grown to be much more than I ever expected. It has helped me on many levels; physically, spiritually and emotionally. I hope to bring this type of support to lives of my yoga students as well.
