What Intelligence Tests Miss: The Psychology of Rational Thought

GSE Faculty Lecture Series featuring: Dr. Keith Stanovich, Professor of Human Development and Applied Psychology and winner of the 2010 Grawemeyer Award.

"Smart people can make dumb decisions," says Dr. Stanovich, who is one of the most influential cognitive psychologists in the world. His work involves how brains function and humans learn, with a recent focus on how intelligence tests fall short of measuring true human cognitive capacity.
