Cultures all over the world have used labyrinths dating back to 3500BCE. The earliest labyrinths were carved in caves. Today, people are “rediscovering” labyrinths as a powerful tool for meditation, connecting with nature, and healing. Many people like walking labyrinths during times of transition. Take a break in your day for quiet and centering, or even just to try something new! You can spend as little as 15 minutes to walk, or enjoy the quiet setting for as long as you want. These walks are free and open to the public. For more information contact Carol Joy Brendlinger: firstname.lastname@example.org
