Explore the world this summer, right here in Portland, with Wednesday lectures featuring visiting professors who have come from around the world to teach courses at PSU as part of Summer Session 2006.

Natalia Zhivolupova, Russia - "Russian Cultural Values and Dostoevsky"
Natalia Zhivolupova is a professor of Russian Literature at the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod. She is internationally known as a specialist on Dostoevsky; in recent years she has lectured in Germany, America, Japan, and Switzerland on Dostoevsky's life, work and times. Her research interests also include Russian literature of the 19th and 20th centuries and Russian as a foreign language.
