A professor of marketing in the School of Business Administration at the Universidad Popular Autsnoma del Estado de Puebla, Mexico, Yisica Mayett earned an MBA at the Universidad de Las Americas in 1992 and was a professor of marketing at the Universidad del Valle de Mixico before moving to her current position in 1998. She regularly teaches courses in strategic management, methodology, marketing management, and marketing research. Professor Mayett has extensive experience in the food industry and is an expert on the mushroom market in Mexico, the subject of her doctoral dissertation and of her lecture for this series.
