The Northwest Film Center and the PSU English Department would like to invite you to this month's film screenings for free! With the exception of the Portland International Film Festival, the NW Film Center's screenings are free to all PSU students, faculty and staff.

When Joe Gillis, a hack screenwriter desperate to rekindle his career, allows Norma Desmond, a reclusive former diva of the silent film era, to become both his benefactor and lover, misplaced ambition and self-delusion lead to inevitable jealousy, betrayal and murder.
