WHAT: Stress is one of the biggest problems facing students today. Stress can cause multiple negative effects on your body and your academic performance. This workshop will help you to manage your stress so that you can be a healthy and successful student. This workshop will be lead by a person of color who is trained professional from the Center for Student Health and Counseling at PSU.
