This event is part of the Sports, Rec, and Wellnesss Week beginning on Monday, May 3rd and running through Saturday, May 9th.   Events like this will be available across campus throughout the week and are a great way to check out all the resources Portland State has to offer to contribute to all around health, both of mind and body.  Whether you are looking for a new activity to check out with your friends or a break from studying, this week has something to offer for everyone, from clifbar samples, classes, presentations, and fitness classes!  Every event involved is completely free of charge, so you can try them out and see if you might want to make them a part of your regular lifestyle
