This is an innovative business proposition that is currently a finalist for the Social Innovation Incubator 2011 Vector Program. (What does SSI do? We make it easier for innovators to change the world. Our goal is to launch stronger social businesses faster.)

The CKC (through the HCDPs) will develop human capabilities, integrate with local community and social services, and produce highly relevant research.  CKC is a cutting edge organization that can help establish a new employment sector around local human capacity work.  As a highly networked team, their work will focus on the human development of the children, the disabled children or adults, and the seniors who reside in the team member homes.
