Global Civil Society's (GCS) ability to effect international change, despite its diversity, raises the question: how do disparate civil society groups cross multiple divides to collaborate on shared objectives? Utilizing a Grounded Theory approach, extensive GCS expert information was analyzed to produce the Convergence System. Translated into practice, this enables GCS coalitions to take effective action in the international arena.
