Background:
Robert L. Bertini is Associate Professor of Civil Environmental
Engineering and Urban Studies and Planning at PSU. He earned a PhD from Univ. of California-Berkeley in 1999 and is the director of the campuswide Center for Transportation Systems Laboratory.
