Want to try out a new great workout with high energy? Try shallow water Aerobics, a great way to get all the fitness without all of the joint impact. Get some water time in before Summertime and look great on vacation! Shallow water aerobics are every Monday and Wednesday from 1pm - 1:45pm and Tuesdays from 8am - 8:45am in the Peter Stott Center Pool right here on campus. The first class if totally free to try out with additional classed for only $3 a session or $17.50 for 10 passes. DEEP water aerobics on tuesdays and thursdays are also available to check out.
