Last year we had a full day of student panels with students from across campus presenting the findings of research projects they had been engaged with during the preceding terms.
We are trying to establish an annual spring opportunity for students to present their research to the PSU campus community. This may be the only opportunity for some students to share their research findings in some instances. For others, it may be an opportunity to "test run" a presentation planned for a department symposium or disciplinary conference; or vice versa, this may be a place to present something "tested" in a departmental symposium. Each panel will be moderated by a faculty member, and panel discussants will provide some feedback on the presentations.
Those students who have papers prepared may also be considered for publication in the new Inq. e-Journal produced by PSU students. More information will be out shortly in the Currently, the Vanguard and via e-mail.
