This presentation will examine issues related to morality and evolution, including the view that 'might is right,' finding moral guidance in the natural world, and how evolution has shaped our moral sentiments.

Charles Sullivan has Master's degrees in Philosophy and English, and is a PSU alumnus. He teaches writing at Portland Community College.
His presentation is based on a chapter in the book The Top 10 Myths about Evolution (Prometheus 2007), co-written with PSU Archaeologist Cameron M. Smith
