PSU Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service

Connect with other PSU students, faculty and staff while serving the Portland urban community

Portland State University students and several of the university's long-term community partners will engage in a variety of service projects designed to honor the legacy of Dr. King.

Monday, January 15th
8-9 a.m. Breakfast, opening ceremony with keynote address by PSU professor Ashley-Nicole Browning and divide into project groups. Transportation to work sites provided.
9 a.m.-1 p.m. Projects sites. Refreshments and supplies will be provided. Feel free to bring extra supplies (Student Leaders for Service and Portland State University are not responsible for lost or stolen items).
Projects will take place rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather and the task.
