December 14, 2007 - Quasi-Judicial Land Use Decisions - Making Findings
The 2007-2008 Planning Commissioner Training Series
The Oregon Chapter of the American Planning Association (OAPA) is partnering with the Nohad A. Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning at Portland State University to provide a monthly, nine-part training series for planning commissioners. Trainings will be every 2nd Friday @ 10AM from October through June and will be streamed live on the web.
The presentations help to fulfill OAPA's goal of providing education and outreach about planning to public officials, allied professions, students, educators, interest groups, the media, and the public at large. As a result, the sessions are open to the public, free to attend, and free to view online. Sessions will also be archived for viewing at your convenience. Finally, we have a new feature - you can ask questions in real time that will be answered by the presenter in the last 10 minutes by sending an email to the following address: Planning_Commissioner_Training_Questions@oregonapa.org
