Dedicated clinical professionals, artists, educators, and coaches sharing the common goal of caring for and improving the overall health and artistic quality of the performing artist, offer the Performing Arts Medicine Conference, a seminar for the professional voice user. Learn how the voice works, how it may be injured and what to consider if an injury occurs. The participant will learn how various clinicians and teachers cooperate to provide the most efficacious exam of your voice. Lectures combined with actual vocal examinations provide the performer with a foundation for understanding their voice. This conference features guest speaker Christine Meadows of PSU's Department of Music. Lunch will be provided. Click here for more information.
