Nonprofit Leaders BootCamp

While you have what it takes to be a nonprofit leader, you may be finding your leadership role today a bit more challenging than ever. 

As a nonprofit Leader you are treading new ground. You bring optimism, energy and an engaged perspective. And yet there are new skills you need to work effectively in this setting and in this changing environment.

Who 

Whether you’re a new nonprofit director, a board chair, or a seasoned nonprofit professional, BootCamp has relevance to you.

Purpose

This year’s BootCamp focuses on deploying the skills and energy we have available, both in ourselves and in others to meet evolving challenges. We will emphasize strategy development, partnerships and leveraging resources.  Plus, you’ll develop a short-term plan of action, have an opportunity to work with your board, and have access to ongoing peer support and expert coaching.

Program

Led by seasoned nonprofit professionals and faculty, sessions are designed to combine theory, good practices and practical application.

BootCamp Topics include:

  • Leveraging and building sustainable budgets
  • How to get the most from your board
  • Evaluating success
  • Peer problem solving and sharing resources
  • Re-inventing revenue streams 
  • Building community
  • And much, much more 

Costs

  • Three full days of training - $495.00 | If registered by Sept. 1. - $450.00
  • Evening option for board members includes dinners: - $20 per board member. 

BootCamp ’11 gives you access to experienced faculty leaders and peers. Through discussion, case studies, lectures and peer problem solving, you’ll get what you need to succeed. And a session on action planning helps guide you to reflect on and put what you’ve learned into action.
