Incidentally on the Fractals
Abstract:
In this talk I remind some basic properties of fractal sets - different
dimensions, some operations on the fractals and the behavior under
bi-Lpischitz transformations. Then I will present two constructions of
integration over fractals - one, that is due to J. Harrison, Berkeley,
who followed the approach by Hassler Whitney and the other which employs
the densities of fractal order.
