Group X Class: Fitness Boot Camp

 This high energy class offers one of the most inclusive workouts around and leaves you sore, yet satisfied!  Join Becky as she takes you through a variety of cardio, strength training, and motion based stretches.  This class is great for all skill levels, because you choose your own intensity and make it a workout of your own.  Who knows?  You may discover some muscles you never knew you had.

 The Group X fitness classes offered by Campus Rec are fun, interactive, physical, and best of all, affordable.  Your first class is completely free of charge to check out.  Passes can be purchased individually for $3, or $17.50 for a packet of ten passes.  We offer a diverse set of classes every term and passes are valid for all Group X classes, including:

360 degree core performance: Mondays 6:00pm - 6:50pm

ShimmyPhat Fitness: Wednesdays 6:00pm - 6:50pm

Water Aerobics:

Mondays: 1:00pm - 1:45pm

Tuesdays : 8:00am - 8:45am

Wednesdays:  1:00pm - 1:45pm

Thursday:  8:00am - 8:45am
