Cry Terror!
US 1958
Director: Andrew L. Stone

A happily married couple (James Mason and Inger Stevens) is caught up in a dangerous web of suspense and intrigue when the husband unintentionally helps a psychopathic criminal (Rod Steiger) build a deadly bomb. He is kidnapped with his wife and daughter by a pair of thugs (Jack Klugman and Angie Dickinson), and things quickly go from bad to worse as this little-seen noir thriller ratchets up the tension to a wrenching level. (96 min)

And

The Night Has A Thousand Eyes
US 1942
Director: John Farrow

Edward G. Robinson stars as John Triton, aka The Mental Wizard, a man with the gift, or perhaps the curse, of precognition. When a beautiful heiress attempts suicide, her fianci becomes suspicious of her relationship with the enigmatic Triton. Are his visions simply an elaborate ruse designed to con the young woman out of her fortune, or are his precognitive flights of fancy indicative of a darker truth? Adapting the film from the suspenseful novel by Cornell Woolrich, Farrow delivers a stylish noir thriller. (81 min)
