The Northwest Film Center and the PSU English Department would like to invite you to this month's film screenings for free! With the exception of the Portland International Film Festival, the NW Film Center's screenings are free to all PSU students, faculty and staff.

The Columbia River Gorge: A Natural History

Produced through the Northwest Film Center's Young Filmmakers Program, this award-winning animated and live-action film was made by students in the Experiential Biology Program at Portland's Cleveland High School. Through clay animated sequences and stunning live-action photography, it traces the geological and biological transformations which shaped this natural wonder, and explores the ecological complexity of a unique landscape.
