Phil Mote is the founding director of the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute at Oregon State. He was a lead author of the 2007 IPCC Report, sharing the Nobel Peace Prize with Al Gore and other IPCC scientists, and the long-time state climatologist for Washington.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
