This Latin-inspired dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and
International music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting,
and effective fitness system. The class format combines fast and slow
rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic fashion to achieve a
unique balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Ditch the workout
and join the party!
Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary.
