An effective cardiovascular workout utilizing a variety of moves on and around the step. You won’t even realize how hard you’re working as you follow along with fun choreography and music. Plan to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat! Class will end with strength and/or ab work.
Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary.
