This class combines basic step moves and strength training exercises to
provide the ultimate total-body workout. Be ready to alternate high
intensity cardio segments with muscle burning strength exercises to get a
truly effective workout in just 45 minutes.
Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members.
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary.
