Hi-Lo Cardio is a simple, high-intensity group exercise class that is great for all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. This class will get you energized by taking you through a full-body cardio workout to improve your stamina and cardiovascular fitness.
Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members.
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary.
