This is the perfect class to tone your core and lower body. Using basic
strength training principles and a variety of equipment this class
targets and strengthens these hard to reach areas. Get ready to feel
stronger and show off some toned abs, buns, & thighs!
Classes are free to all ASRC Members.
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary. All PSU students are ASRC Members.
