Dr. TOM HOGGARD, MD
2002 Oregon Family Doctor of the year. Dr. Hoggard has practiced medicine for 35 years and has been a volunteer with Northwest Medical Teams for over a decade. He has traveled on a dozen relief missions to countries such as
Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
