Dr. TOM HOGGARD, MD
2002 Oregon Family Doctor of the year. Dr. Hoggard has practiced medicine
for 35 years and has been a volunteer with Northwest Medical Teams for over
a decade. He has traveled on a dozen relief missions to countries such as
Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Critical Care Nurse, Northwest Medical Teams Disaster Response Team Member,
Past President for Nursing Honors Society -- Sigma Theta Tau; Past disaster
relief in Iraq, 2004.
