WHAT: Do you begin to get anxious around mid-terms or finals? Would you like to learn to conquer your anxiety around reading, studying and writing papers? This workshop will teach you valuable keys for stress and anxiety reduction. This workshop will be lead by a trained professional from the Center for Student Health and Counseling at PSU.
